What is a UID?

Your UID is your account ID.

Your UID can be found by tapping Player Account Level on the top left of the home screen to access Player Info. Your UID can be used to verify and restore your account. We recommend keeping a note or taking a screenshot of your UID.

I did not receive platform currency/token after making purchases.

Why aren't there any payment methods I can use?

All payments are currently made through the platforms, and therefore are limited to the provided payment methods.

You can check the item you wish to purchase and its price > head to the platform website to select an amount to top-up > Confirm your payment method.
